Dear Friends, Music Lovers and Fans,
2008 has been a big year for the "Miles To Dayton" crew. We have lived through a big year, performing gigs all over Long Island and NYC, rocking the streets, festivals, big stages, bars, coffee shops, wineries and mansions till everyone was singing along. The band has kept the dream alive through love, loss, weddings, and now the next adventure..... a baby girl. We realize that for the next few months the band may need to take a small hiatus to figure out a perfect balance, but rest assured, Music will always be a part of our lives, and we will be definitely performing again in the near future. The fun part about having a family band is that we will be making music together forever, and we hope you will all come along for the ride!
2009 will be an amazing year! The band has already completed several new tunes for a new album in 2009, a return to the folk/harmony edge that first made our garden grow! For all you diehard m2d fanatics, we will also be releasing a live disc and possible DVD capturing the best moments of our live performances over the past few years. The future is bright, and with plenty of upcoming inspiration, the music will only be more real, honest, and full of laughter and love! You can count on that. |
